XNA 4.0 and VisualStudio 2010

I'm trying to recompile GRAFT source code using VisualStudio 2010 and .Net 4.0, but I have found many problems to recompile the assembly using XNA 4.0 (I have no experiece in that area).
One interface does not match the new signature and other properties do not exist in new SDK.

Could some one help me in this activity ? Any suggestion is appreciated.

I just converted the whole project in 15 minutes.

I used this cheat sheet:

You will get rid of 99% of errors using that.

And if you have problem with events, take a look at my answer in this post:

also, don't forget to convert "Glyph Recognition Studio" project to .NET 4 (right-click on project name and in properties...)

15 minutes to make it compile is fine. But don't forget to eliminate run time errors than, since after the project is compiled, it will not run correctly. XNA 4 has more issues than just build errors.
