Having trouble donating

New user, hello all.
I tried donating $100 but am having troubles. The form asks for a "County" and, since I am in the U.S., this is non applicable. It should ask for a State (i.e. California). Any help would be appreciated since I would feel guilty asking a technical question without donating first.
