Morphology in AForge.NET ?

Postby mds » Sun Apr 26, 2009 8:21 pm

Hi.

Can we use AForge.Net to recognize geometrical shapes in an image ? :?:
I mean , are there any classes for that in AForge.NET ?

Thanks

Hi there,

In AForge we have the classes to perform the hough transformations, which will detect lines and circles:

But to detect the shapes you posted I think you will need to combine different classes of AForge, like the hough transformations and neural networks, for instance.
