RGB color based image segmentation

is there a way that i can use to segment an image based on different color region and different region with same color also treated as separate object?

if i set pixel with black color is a boundary of each object in image and every pixel contain color except black will be considered as a object. so by doing can i detect each object in RGB image

Yes, use blob counter for that - it will find individual non black objects.
