I need help from Unity/OpenCV developers. Andrew help please

Postby akerimov » Sun Oct 30, 2016 9:46 pm

Hi. A point is that I start developing a project relate with Augmented Reality. So the purpose of the project is that it defines the kazakh alphabet letter from paper and by this letter shows 3D object. A second feature is that when the letter collected into a word, the word must be recognized and project shows/or googles the word. Is that possible to develop with AForge.NET Framework+GRATF? Sorry for my English.

Hello,

GRATF is aimed to recognize glyphs as shown here. If you can represent your alphabet in that way, you can try to do something. There is nothing for OCR in the framework.
With best regards,
Andrew

Thanks, Andrew. So you think that recognizing a letter as glyph is possible in GRATF but word recognizing is not? If so, what technologies you advise?
