How to detect black blobs in an image

Postby Jukz » Sat Sep 17, 2016 5:51 am

Hi. I just started using AForge.NET today and I can't seem to find out what to use to mark the black blobs in the middle of the image with a red circle.
The image is a banana leaf with aphids on it btw.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The idea of your code will be similar to the BlobHoles. You need to invert your image, then use BlobCounter to find all objects (which will corespond to black objects in original image) and then find only those which don't touch image's edge.
With best regards,
