Getting the ColorMean from the original image

Postby njsokalski » Tue Jan 08, 2019 11:01 pm

I have applied multiple filters to a Bitmap in attempt to find the significant areas of my image. However, because I found the blobs by applying the filters to my Bitmap, the ColorMean property of the blobs is different than what it would have been in the original image (which is, of cource, why I was finding the blobs in the first place). Is there any way to get the ColorMean that the original Bitmap had for each of the blobs? Thanks.

You can use BlobCounterBase.ExtractBlobsImage() to extract blob from the original image. Then apply image statistics to it and you will get what you need.
With best regards,
