Genetic;Permutational chromosome crossover

Postby serathes » Wed Dec 26, 2018 9:29 am

I'm coding a TSP with genetic algorithm for my country using a chart for distance between cities provided by government for my school project.
Program is up and running but i have to add in my report what crossover method is used and i can't find it in the documentation.
Also if i happen to write my own crossover method ( i want to use partially mapped especially ) i don't know where and how to add it to population;
Code: Select all

thanks in advance, also English is my second language, so sorry for any grammar mistakes :) .

AForge.NET Framework comes with TSP example - a good source of information on how to add your own crossover.
