Blackduck Software Scan Issue

Postby fractal_mind » Tue Feb 20, 2018 12:51 pm

Hi,

I recently ran the BlackDuck software scan which checks for any software vulnerabilities on my application libraries and the report came back with a critical security vulnerability in aForge.NET. This seems to be related to a library called Open Dental Software which seems to have a mySql related vulnerability https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2016-6531

Is this library being used by aForge.NET and is this going to be a security issue with aForge.NET as well?

Hello,

AForge.NET Framework does not use "Open Dental Software", nor MySQL.
With best regards,
Andrew
